This children’s gift set includes owl ponytail holder & coordinating belt shown here. The ribbon belt is crafted with brown & pink jacquard ribbon, backed with cotton webbing, and nickel D-rings. The felt owl is secured to a fabric covered button & attached to a ponytail holder.
