1. How long does it take to receive my order?
   Since all products are handmade in Exton, PA you should allow an average of 1-2 weeks for delivery, from order date. (Barrette orders are typically much faster and I try to mail out within a couple days).
   
   If you need a rush on a particular order, please contact me and I will work with you.
   
   
2. What are your Shipping and Handling costs?
   Chesapeake Ribbons will Ship as follows (No Tracking):
   
   Flat Rate $3.00 shipping (will ship First-class, USPS)
   
   Flate Rate $6.00 shipping (will ship priority mail , USPS)
   
   We can ship internationally for an additional fee. E-mail me for more information.
   
   
   
3. What types of payment do you accept?
   
   At this time, Chesapeake Ribbons accepts payments from PayPal.
   PayPal is a free and safe way to send money without sharing any financial information.

   You may pay by money order. Please email Chesapeake Ribbons if you prefer to pay by money order.
   
   
   
   
4. What is the Return Policy?
   
   If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Chesapeake Ribbons will refund the price of the item or exchange the item within 14 days. I do not reimburse shipping costs for returned items. All merchandise must be returned in a new and unused condition. After 14 days, Chesapeake Ribbons will issue a store credit. Please note this policy excludes custom-made products.
   
   
   
   
5. Are you prices for one barrette/bow or for a pair?
   
   Our price is for an individual barrette/bow.
   
   
   
   
6. What kinds of barrettes are used?
   Barrettes are crafted with your choice of hardware:
   
   1.25" snap clip perfect size for infants and/or toddlers with baby fine hair.
   
   2" snap clip this size allows for more hair to be held back. I recommend this barrette for young girls ages 4 and up.
   
   2" Aligator clip comfortable fit for all children, especially with thick or curly hair. This clip is used for all bows. Makes an adorable accent when slipped into ponytails too.

   All of our barrettes are covered with ribbon that has been treated for no fray. Please keep in mind however, I estimate these sizes based on the thickness and texture of the hair, through trial & error.
   
   
7. I am looking for something in particular but do not see it in your shop?
   
   I welcome custom orders so please do not hesitate to contact me! If you do not see a ribbon design or color you are looking for, I might be able to order it and just may not have up on my site.

   Chesapeake Ribbons’ barrettes and bows are carefully made, but can be considered a choking hazard. Please monitor your little one while they wear the accessories. Thank you!
